Fayrouz ingredients are: Purified water, sugar, malted barley, citric acid, carbon dioxide (CO2) and flavour.

Malted Barley
Natural golden malted barley lies at the heart of the Fayrouz recipe.

Fayrouz is made from only the highest quality malted barley and does not undergo any fermentation process, so there is no conversion of sugar into alcohol. Because Fayrouz is not fermented. The original malt sugars are preserved and not converted to alcohol.

Sugar
Sugar is a naturally-occurring carbohydrate nutrient that makes food taste sweet. Sugar is found in fruit and vegetables, honey, jam and many soft drinks and is important in human metabolism as part of a healthy balanced diet.

Pure Water
Fayrouz uses only purified water to guarantee the highest level of manufacturing standards.

Fayrouz flavours are created in the Fayrouz Manufacturing and Technology Centre in Switzerland. The individual flavours are added at the final stage of the Fayrouz production process to ensure purity and freshness of the flavour.

Flavours include Red Apple, Pineapple, Pear, Peach, and Mango.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
Only CO2 of the highest purity is used to add the special sparkle to Fayrouz that makes it so unique.
