A. Fayrouz means ‘turquoise’ in Arabic and is both a colour and a precious stone.
The word ‘turquoise’ was derived in the 16th Century from the French language and either comes from the word for Turkish (Turquoise) or for ‘dark-blue stone’.
The precious stone, turquoise, is found around the world – including China, the US, the Middle East, Australia and South America.

A. Fayrouz is a premium international soft drink that is both sparkling and made from natural malt. It contains no artificial colours, additives, or preservatives and is available in a range of great fruit flavours.
Q. Does Fayrouz contain alcohol ?
A. No. At no stage of the production process is alcohol created or used.
Q. Is Fayrouz Halal ?
A. Yes. Fayrouz is routinely tested to ensure it meets the strict Halal guidelines set down by Islamic law and has certification from the National Research Centre in Cairo and the Saudi Government confirming the product contains 0.0% alcohol.
Q. Where is Fayrouz distributed ?
A. Fayrouz is available in some 20 markets, Egypt, Nigeria, Turkey, Morocco and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia being the 5 main markets. Fayrouz is distributed in cans, glass bottles and PET.
